What makes a quote faster

You do not need a perfect list. A rough description, a few photos, and the city are enough for me to put a number in writing.

  • Pick the closest service. Close enough is fine, I sort out the rest.
  • Add photos if the repair is visible. They save a round of questions.
  • Mention access, tenants, pets, or timing pressure.
  • Bundle the small jobs into one visit. The minimum works harder that way.
