The short answer
What is included
Repairs sized for manufactured homes, where standard parts and standard framing do not apply. I am Brody, I do the work myself, and I cover Langley, Surrey, White Rock, Aldergrove, Abbotsford, and Cloverdale. Cost starts at the $200 minimum per job, and you get the price in a written estimate before I start.
Mobile and modular homes are not small houses, and treating them like one is how a repair goes wrong. Wall panels are thinner and often not conventionally framed, so anchoring is a different calculation. Interior doors, windows, and fixtures are frequently non-standard sizes that a big-box shelf does not carry. Skirting, steps, and the exterior details sit closer to the ground and take more weather than they would on a foundation. I quote from photos more carefully here than anywhere else, because guessing at a panel thickness or a door size is how you end up with the wrong material on site. Aldergrove and the rural parts of Abbotsford and Langley Township are where most of this work is.

What people ask about mobile & modular homes
Why do you want more photos for a mobile home than a house?
Because I cannot assume anything about what is behind the surface. Panel thickness, whether there is framing where I need it, and what size a door or window actually is all change the materials I load, and none of it is standard across manufacturers or decades. Ten minutes of photos on your end saves a wasted trip on mine, which is time you would otherwise pay for.
Can you mount a TV or shelves on mobile home walls?
Usually, with the right approach. Panel walls will not hold a heavy mount the way a stud wall does, so it comes down to finding real backing or spreading the load properly. Tell me the weight of what is going up and I will tell you honestly whether it can be done safely or whether it needs a floor stand instead.
Do you do skirting and steps?
Yes, and they are two of the most common calls out here. Skirting takes damage from weather, animals, and mowers, and steps and landings loosen with frost movement because there is rarely a full foundation under them. Both are worth fixing before winter rather than after.
Is there anything on a mobile home you will not touch?
Yes. Anything to do with the gas system, the furnace, or moving or releveling the home itself goes to people licensed and equipped for it, and that is a hard line rather than a preference. Structural releveling in particular is specialist work with the right jacks and it is not something to have a handyman attempt.
