How is pricing handled?
Every job gets a free written estimate after I review your quote submission. The $150 minimum covers tools, insurance, and travel. Final pricing is quoted in writing before any work starts.
Can you handle a tenant turnover punch list?
Yes. I work with property managers across Surrey, Langley, and Abbotsford on tenant turnovers, including itemized invoicing and before-and-after photo documentation.
