Surrey is the biggest city I cover, and the repair lists that come out of it are as varied as the housing. A townhouse in Newton has a different fix list than a strata tower in Guildford or an older character home off the Whalley strip. I handle the small stuff that stacks up: dripping faucets, doors that catch on the frame, loose cabinet hinges, running toilets, caulking that has let go around the tub. Send me the whole list and I bundle it into one visit instead of six. Everything gets a written scope first, so you know exactly what I am fixing before I load the truck. The $150 minimum covers the visit, and one trip usually clears more of a list than people expect. From South Surrey up to North Surrey, the whole city is a short drive from my Langley base.

Field note
In a Guildford or Whalley high-rise, small repairs usually mean working within strata rules: booking the elevator, protecting the hallway, and keeping noise inside permitted hours, all of which I plan around when we book. Newton and Fleetwood townhouse complexes send the common calls, door alignment, drawer slides, and bathroom caulking. Older character homes in North Surrey need a bit more patience, since nothing in them is square anymore, so I quote those from photos rather than guessing. South Surrey and Panorama Ridge detached homes tend to send me the classic weekend list: toilets, window locks, squeaky stairs.
Cost follows the length of the list, not the size of any one fix. Bundling three or four small jobs into a single visit is the cheapest way to buy my time, because the minimum covers the visit either way. You approve a written number before I pick up a tool in Surrey.
