Strata condos around Guildford get repainted between owners and tenants more than any other housing type in the city. I protect the floors, cut clean lines, caulk the gaps before painting instead of after, and reach for Benjamin Moore Regal or Sherwin-Williams Emerald on the jobs that deserve better paint. You get a written estimate before I open a can, and the $150 minimum is the only fixed number on my price list. Everything else depends on your walls and your ceilings, which is exactly why the quote form asks for photos.

Panorama Ridge and Fleetwood homes with vaulted entries need proper ladder work, which I bring rather than improvise.
Prep is the price. Wall condition, how many colours, and how much cutting in around trim and ceilings is what moves the number, and I count all of it before I quote it. You approve a written number before I pick up a tool in Surrey.

Yes. I keep the work inside the building's permitted hours, protect the corridor on the way in and out, and use low-odour paint indoors. Mention the building name in your quote request so I can plan the schedule around its rules.
One room is fine. Surrey borders my Langley base, so a single bedroom or a feature wall is still a sensible trip. The $150 minimum covers the visit either way.
