Everything gets levelled, anchored to structure where structure exists, and rated hardware where it does not, and I show you each item holds before I call it done.
Per item, by what it hangs on. Wood studs go quickly, concrete and tile take longer, and anything heavy needs an anchor rated for it, which I confirm on site. You approve a written number before I pick up a tool in Cloverdale.
