Yes, and please put them on the same list. Outbuilding and shop doors are normal work out here, and the drive out to the Otter District costs the same whether I fix one door or eight. Bundling is how the minimum works hardest for you on an acreage.
Usually, and the fix is rarely at the latch. Gates drop because a post has moved or a hinge has worn, so adjusting the latch alone just resets the clock. I look at the post and the hinge first and tell you which one is actually causing it.
